Ohio Rev. Code § 5321.05(B)

Tenant duty to allow landlord reasonable entry: tenant must not unreasonably deny entry for repairs, inspections, or other permitted purposes.

Ohio Rev. Code § 5321.04(A)(8)

Landlord must give 24 hours advance written notice before entry except for emergencies.
