Nev. Rev. Stat. § 118A.290

Landlord's duty to maintain premises in habitable condition: must comply with housing codes, maintain structural elements, plumbing, heating, and keep common areas safe.

Nev. Rev. Stat. § 118A.355

Tenant remedies for uninhabitable conditions: if landlord fails to repair after 14 days written notice, tenant may terminate, reduce rent to fair rental value, or make repairs and deduct up to $1,000 or one month's rent.
