Applicable Statutes
Noncompliance by tenant: in URLTA counties, landlord must give written notice specifying the breach; tenant has 15 days to remedy a remediable material noncompliance.
Ky. Rev. Stat. § 383.695
Termination of periodic tenancy: in URLTA counties, month-to-month tenancy may be terminated with at least 30 days written notice.
Ky. Rev. Stat. § 383.660(2)
Nonpayment of rent: in URLTA counties, landlord must give 7 days written notice to pay or vacate before filing for eviction.
